沙特阿美或投资挪国油美国页岩油气业务

据道琼斯5月7日消息，彭博社周二援引知情人士的话称，沙特阿拉伯国家石油公司（简称：沙特阿美）已经开始与挪威国家石油公司Equinor进行早期洽谈，可能投资挪国油在美国的页岩油气业务。

报导称，沙特阿美正考虑以收购股权或组建合资公司的方式参与到挪国油在美国马塞勒斯的页岩油气业务。

报导称，沙特阿美还有可能投资其它涉及美国页岩气业务的公司。

Aramco in Talks to Invest in Equinor's U.S. Shale Operations, Sources Say

State-run Saudi Arabian Oil Co., or Aramco, is in early talks about potentially investing in Equinor ASA's U.S. shale operations, Bloomberg reports Tuesday, citing "people familiar with the matter."

Aramco is considering taking a stake or entering a joint venture in the Norwegian company's Marcellus shale operations, the report said.

Aramco might also invest with other companies involved in U.S. shale gas operations, the report said.
